VAGRANT SLEEPING in KFC LANE

In this blog we’re reporting on the Leonardo Village Neighbourhood Watch who had to act on the fact that a vagrant was found to be sleeping in the KFC lane while also leaving litter to fly around in the wind. The gate to KFC were unlocked and the vagrant awakened and informed that he can’t sleep in the lane, and he were then guided towards the open gate and let through. Shortly after that some relieved female elderly residents could use the lane again freely without feeling pinned down in the lane with an unknown male person.
