DISTURBANCES BY NON-RESIDENT

Residents have questioned before why a certain unknown person with association with FLM Bothasig opt to park at the start of Enza Circle i.e. entrance to Leonardo Village and not with the rest of the FLM staff on the town hall grounds. Are there any specific criteria for those who park there and is that why he’s perhaps not qualified to do the same? In the latest incident the FLM weekend staff member can be seen in the video clip to be coming into view on the back of horse and cart. Make a quick stop at FLM and then return to the horse and cart to direct them to his white bakkie parked in the village. This is where he seems to do a deal with them after offloading the items from their cart onto his white bakkie parked in the village. The latter is especially annoying the village residents as all residents have been trying hard to curb such interactions within the boundaries of the village. Some of the reasons for this can be seen from clips uploaded to the Youtube channel and special attention will be given to resolve this behavior as soon as possible.
