HOW TO BOOK APPOINTMENT:
Please take note that for clinic bookings there are two types of bookings i.e. Acute Bookings that’s limited to only 10 slots per day and acute appointments can only be made for the next day i.e. the bookings open the day before. Then there’s also the option for General Bookings. In all instances make sure you list your cell phone number correctly.
Clinic appointments can be done online by browsing https://healthcareappointments.capetown.gov.za or scanning the following QR code.
* Then you register/login with your cellphone number and OTP.
* The One Time Pin (OTP) is valid for one day.
* Select your preferred clinic.
* Select the service you require.
* Select the date and time for your appointment.
* Enter your personal details.
* You will receive SMS confirmation with a reference number.
Cancel your appointment:
Login with your cellphone number and OTP to cancel the original booking with your reference number and follow the booking process to create a new appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so timeously to ensure that the clinic schedule is not disrupted.
COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK:
Bothasig Clinic provides a formal complaints and feedback process for patients. Residents and clinic patrons are encouraged to make use of the feedback forms available at the clinic and place them in the marked complaints box.
The box is cleared weekly on Fridays to ensure that concerns can be reviewed and addressed through the official process. It’s a very uplifting feeling for the staff when a week ends and no complaints were recorded, which is a positive reflection on the service provided.
If you or anyone do experience any issues at the clinic, please make sure to use the official feedback process at the facility, as the clinic does not monitor or respond to concerns raised on social media.
